Prices

The prices listed are valid at the time of the order on the Internet. The given prices are final prices, this means they contain the respectively valid legal value added tax and other price elements obviously plus transportation costs like in the purchase order transaction.

Haulage costs:

The haulage costs are billed for articles which must be delivered because of their bulkiness or weight by forwarding agency. This applies particularly to any type of furniture. The carriage will be billed separately. The amount varies according to distance and volume/weight of the furniture to be sent, please ask with a short email message first.

Payment 

With completion of a contract 50% of the complete gross amount of the contract have to be paid from the customer for the provision of the product (placing of orders to the manufacturer) to Mobi-Design. If the deposit of 50% is not carried out within a month after contract, Mobi-Design is authorized to withdraw from the contract. 

If Mobi-Design does not withdraw from the contract, the customer has to pay interest amount of 5% on the deposit after completion of a contract above the base interest rate. The proof of a higher damage remains on Mobi-Design. 

If no additional assembly or delivery is made between the parties, the customer must collect the product from the address of Mobi-Design himself. The second instalment in the amount of 50% of the complete gross amount of the contract is then due with collection at Mobi-Design.
